Pruning – Crew Leader

Our Pruning Crew Leader manage teams and keep residential & commercial sites looking their best, operating  blowers, pruning, weeding, spraying, mulch installation and spring/fall cleanup. Our Pruning positions pay rate are $18 – $26 per hour, based on experience and working year round full time. Overtime is available.

If you are seeking overtime work, our Lawn Mowing, Pruning  positions also have this opportunity. Let us know your availability. Typical work is Monday through Friday, possible Saturday work.

Requirements

  • Responsible, self-motivating and a team player
  • Hardworking, willing to grow & develop
  • Committed
  • Personable
  • 2+ years of residential and/or commercial lawn maintenance experience
  • Ability to lead and manage a crew
