HR Position

Everett’s Landscape Management, Inc is looking to expand the Human Resources Team with someone who loves interaction with people!  This person must be a fantastic communicator and able to work with all personality types.  Previous HR experience with a proven track record and positive personality is a must.

This person must have strong analytical and communication skills and be highly organized.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary, along with the ability to interpret and implement HR policies and procedures set in place.  Strong attention to detail and confidentiality are necessary to be successful.

Some functions of this position include:

  • OSHA/Worker’s Compensation processing
  • Processing of Seasonal unemployment and helping employees filing for benefits
  • DOT licensing and compliance
  • Interaction with employees
  • Recruiting, interviewing/screening, hiring, on and off-boarding – full cycle 
  • Record keeping
  • Daily HR functionality

This is a Full-Time position with benefits.

Pay Rate is based on experience $25-$32
